Hi, I'm Cindy.

For as long as I can remember, my heart has been drawn to walking alongside women in their deepest valleys. I know what it feels like to love the Lord, yet still find yourself caught in heavy, exhausting cycles of anxiety, marital tension, or emotional overeating.

If you are currently feeling stuck in that place, I want to gently remind you that your story isn’t finished yet. As a new creation in Christ, you don't have to live in a state of constant survival or defeat. There is real hope, and lasting freedom is completely possible.

I believe true transformation doesn’t happen by just fixing surface habits or trying harder. It happens when we bring our deepest heart struggles into the light of God's grace.

In our sessions together, you will find a safe, strictly confidential, and unhurried space where you will be truly heard. Together, we will look underneath the surface to discover practical, spiritually grounded steps to help you heal, grow, and step into the vibrant life you were created for.

Behind the Scenes

To ensure you receive the highest caliber of care, my background includes extensive, doctoral-level study in biblical counseling and theology. While my training provides a firm, trusted foundation behind the scenes, my primary goal in the counseling room is simple: to sit with you as a compassionate guide, hold up the life-changing truth of God's Word, and walk beside you every single step of the way.
