My Mission
I know what it feels like to be caught in the heavy, exhausting loop of trying to manage anxiety, navigating marital tension, or quietly turning to food to handle stress. It is easy to feel stuck and wonder if real change is possible. My mission is simple: to provide a safe, confidential space where you can slow down, be truly heard, and discover the lasting peace and freedom Christ has for you.
My Ministry Experience
My heart for walking with women has been shaped through more than two decades of ministry. Over the years, God has allowed me to serve local congregations across Central Maryland and the Annapolis area as a Worship Leader, and to step into workplace care as a Marketplace Chaplain. Through my years in Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) Leadership—both shepherding local women in Annapolis, serving globally through BSF Online, and supporting leaders as a regional Area Advisor—God deeply grew my love for the Word and my desire to walk step-by-step with women through their unique seasons of life.
My Training
To make sure I am giving you the best possible care, I backed my years of hands-on ministry with rigorous study, earning a Master of Divinity (MDiv) and a Doctor of Educational Ministry (DEdMin) in Biblical Counseling. I like to keep my credentials in the background, but they serve as a quiet anchor of confidence for our time together. They allow us to look beneath surface habits and find practical, biblically grounded steps for your everyday life.
