I’m a biblical counselor, mentor, teacher, and worship leader who loves helping women experience clarity, freedom, and a vibrant life in Christ — not just spiritually, but in the everyday rhythms of real life.
Through Vibrant Life Living, I combine soul care, biblical truth, lifestyle insight, and practical encouragement to help women show up whole… spirit, soul, and body.
Why I Do This Work
I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, anxious, spiritually dry, or unsure of who you are in Christ. My own story includes seasons of fear, confusion, and deep wrestling with God. But it was in those very places that He met me, healed me, and rebuilt my life through His Word.
Because of that, my heart is to walk with women who long for peace, direction, and spiritual renewal — women who want to live faithfully and fully, yet aren’t sure where to begin.

A Little More About Me
I live in Maryland with my husband, David, and we have three wonderful (and grown!) children. I love music, meaningful conversations, simple gatherings at home, and helping women discover both their identity in Christ and the beauty of showing up fully as themselves.
My Experience
I hold a Master of Divinity in Theology from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and I am currently completing a Doctor of Educational Ministry in Biblical Counseling. For over a decade, I served as a Teaching Leader and Area Staff member with Bible Study Fellowship (BSF), training women across the MD/DC/VA/DE region to lead and teach God’s Word faithfully.
Through Vibrant Life Living, I offer biblical counseling services for women seeking clarity, healing, and spiritual direction. Because counseling is strongest when connected to the local church, I encourage clients to keep their pastor informed, and I’m always glad to coordinate care when needed.
If counseling costs are a concern, I offer a sliding scale—your healing and restoration matter far more than finances.
